I am encountering an issue with a digital download of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare that I purchased for my Xbox One. While playing the game, it suddenly kicked me out, and when I tried to restart it, I received an error message prompting me to uninstall and reinstall the game. After I uninstalled the game and attempted to reinstall it, I kept receiving an error stating "download corrupt." I spent four hours troubleshooting with Xbox Live support, but they were unable to resolve the issue. All my other games, including other Call of Duty titles, download without any problems. If you can assist in fixing this, that would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, I would like to request a refund for my purchase. Thank you.

I have been playing Call of Duty Mobile for almost 7 to 8 months, and I have been banned. I would like to know the reason for the ban and request to have my account reinstated. I have invested a lot of time and effort into my account, and I do not want to start over. I have always played fairly without using any hacks or cheats. Please inform me about the situation with my account and if there is any possibility of getting it back.

I was playing Call of Duty Mobile on my iPhone 7, and suddenly I was kicked out and banned. I want my account back as I haven't cheated or done anything wrong. I am frustrated with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. It seems like there are issues with the game mechanics that make it unfair, such as bullets not registering and grenades disappearing right after being thrown. I have evidence of these problems in videos. I hope Activision takes this feedback seriously as it is affecting my experience and could lead to losing customers in the future.

I recently purchased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare ([redacted]) and successfully installed it. However, I have been experiencing issues launching the game as it gets stuck at the Activision logo or crashes shortly after reaching the main menu. The problem seems to be related to my CPU usage, which spikes between 92% and [redacted]%, while the GPU usage remains low at around 5%. Despite finding suggestions online to remove my CPU overclock, I am reluctant to compromise the performance of my i7-9700K that I invested in just to play the game. I have attempted to seek support from Activision's website and helpline but have had no luck. At this point, I would like a refund as I have been unable to even start a single game.

Nickname MANoWAR here. Playing COD mobile in the FUZAS.PT clan. Received notice of a game ban until [redacted] today. I only reported 2 potential hackers (which could have been a bug) to keep the game fair. Why ban me for trying to help? What's the point of the report button if this is the outcome? Frustrating situation.

A few weeks ago, I purchased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare for my son on Xbox. We recently got him a gaming PC for Christmas, and we would like to exclusively play on PC as we have a fantastic gaming desktop now. We are wondering if there is a way to transfer the game from Xbox to PC. I no longer need it on Xbox, so I am okay with it being removed from there. I bought it as a digital download. I pride myself on playing fairly and have never engaged with cheaters, even maintaining a position within the top [redacted] leaderboards. I believe I was unjustly banned from playing Call of Duty. Recently, I have improved significantly in the game, and one of the other players may have reported me without cause. I have dedicated a lot of time and effort to honing my skills, so being banned, even temporarily, feels incredibly unjust. I want to clarify that I do not engage in cheating and do not even know how to do so. I have come across information suggesting that poor internet connectivity could be a reason for bans, and unfortunately, my internet service is unreliable. Hello Treyarch, I would greatly appreciate it if you could bring back and unpatch the glitch for custom mutations. This would help me complete the blood of the dead easter egg as I have been stuck on the bird step for two days. I keep getting overwhelmed by zombies, running out of self revives, or finding it too challenging. Bringing back the glitch would be beneficial for me and many other players.

I'm experiencing constant crashes just 1 second into the opening cinematic of the game, making it impossible to play. Despite updating drivers and closing background applications, the issue remains unresolved. My PC exceeds the minimum requirements for the game (Intel Core i7, NVIDIA GTX 770M, and 32GB of RAM). I've been unable to even start the game after a week, so I am considering requesting a refund.

After a short break, I opened Call of Duty: Modern Warfare only to discover I've been permanently banned. I reached out to Activision, submitted a ticket, and was told to expect a reply in 24 hours. It's now past that timeframe with no response. I waited in a live queue for 30 minutes with no answer from an admin. When I tried calling, the call abruptly ended after two rings. I've carefully reviewed the terms and believe I haven't violated any. I simply want my account reinstated.

I've been playing COD Mobile for a while, and recently switched to a new phone after getting rid of my old one where I had the game installed. When I tried to log in on my new phone using Facebook, it created a brand new account instead of connecting to my existing one. The Facebook account I used is Eren Daniel, and my COD Mobile account was named soulless or Soulless. I believe my level was around 23.

I am frustrated with the game I paid for because I am experiencing issues connecting to the online services. Despite playing fairly, I am having extreme difficulty connecting about 20% of the time. When seeking support from Activision, it feels like they are blaming me and my internet connection rather than acknowledging any issues with their game. Even though my internet is working fine with high speeds and ample bandwidth, no other devices are causing interference. It seems like Activision's response is to suggest I get an advanced degree to understand the technical terms or blame my internet service provider. Despite trying suggestions, nothing has resolved the problem, and I feel let down as I missed out on utilizing purchased in-game boosters.

I am experiencing continuous "lost connection to host/server" messages while playing multiplayer on COD Modern Warfare. The game had been running smoothly since its release until a week ago. Strangely, this is the only game where I encounter these problems. Previous Call of Duty titles like WW2 and MW Remastered work perfectly. I have taken troubleshooting steps such as port forwarding, rebooting the router, and even reinstalling the game, but the issue persists. Despite using a LAN connection on reliable fiber-optic internet, the problem persists. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this frustrating issue.

Yesterday, my 7-year-old brother wanted to spin the holiday wheel on COD Mobile, and I told him he could spend $10. To my shock, over $[redacted] was deducted from my bank account! I immediately reached out to Google Play for a refund, but they denied my request. After phoning them, I was advised to contact the developers. Trying to reach COD Mobile support, I found over 50 people ahead of me in the queue. Despite waiting for hours, my situation remained unresolved. I am desperate to recover the $[redacted] taken. I am dismayed by Google's refusal to refund and the difficulty in contacting the developers. Hopefully, I can reach them soon to reclaim my money. Thank you.
