I am encountering an issue with Black Ops 4. I have been a loyal customer for years and dedicated a significant amount of money to the Call of Duty series. Lately, I have been working hard to unlock weapon bribes through tier levels but have only managed to obtain one gun - the Peacekeeper. Despite spending money and investing time into the game, I recently reached the 40th tier only to receive a disappointing weapon, the Reaver, instead of the desired Peacekeeper. Out of the remaining three weapons, including the Argus and Peacekeeper, I am left frustrated as the only option to acquire it now seems to be through Reserves, from which I have never obtained a single weapon. I simply request assistance in obtaining the Peacekeeper, as it is the specific weapon I am seeking.

Every time I play multiplayer, every game is plagued by hackers and players who do not follow the rules. It is frustrating to face opponents who have hacked the game, resulting in unfair advantages like shooting through walls or floating in the air. The experience is not worth the monthly fee I am paying. The game's map changing mid-game disrupts the flow, making it impossible to defeat enemies even at close range. The current state of the game is disappointing and discourages me from continuing to play it.

A few days ago, I noticed that my account had been logged out, which didn't concern me initially. However, upon logging back in, I discovered that some items were missing and my Blackjack's shop was in disarray. Specifically, I had purchased the "Shaman" outfit for Crash and the "Feas" snakeskin theme outfit for Seraph in the "My Deals" section, but they have now vanished. Moreover, in the "Reserves" tab, I had accumulated over [redacted] reserve cases, utilizing them through the duplicate protected crates during the current operation. I also had saved up 4 weapon bribes from prior purchases and operations, all of which have inexplicably disappeared. I am kindly requesting the restoration of these items as I invested both time and money into acquiring them. Your prompt assistance in returning the 4 weapon bribes and the 2 skins from the "My Deals" tab would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello Activision, I have been enjoying playing Candy Crush on my mobile phone, occasionally purchasing lives through Google Pay using my mobile number. Recently, I was surprised to receive a bill of over £90 for Candy Crush Saga payments. I addressed the issue with Google and my phone company. Google provided me with Candy Crush's contact information. After blocking further payments, I discovered an additional bill of £[redacted] for the last 2 months. As a 60-year-old, I would never intentionally spend this much on a game. Despite receiving an unhelpful response from Candy Crush, I have requested written evidence of these purchases. I find this situation distressing and am looking for a refund. I can only verify £50 of the receipts from the last 2 months. It seems there may be a flaw in your system generating additional charges when purchasing lives. I recently revisited Call of Duty: Ghosts after some time away and decided to play against bots on various maps. When I attempted to access a bonus map, I discovered it was missing. Despite rarely playing live, I decided to purchase the first map pack out of curiosity. Following the download, I found that I had unwittingly purchased not only that map pack but also the three subsequent ones, which were not appearing on my Xbox One. After contacting Xbox support for assistance, they were unable to recover the missing packs and advised me to seek a refund from your company in order to repurchase them. I would prefer to handle this matter over the phone as I am more comfortable with that method. Thank you.

I stopped playing Call of Duty games a year and a half ago due to rampant hackers and cheaters going unpunished despite reports. Recently, I bought a new PS4 with BO4 and encountered a hacker in my first match with a suspicious prestige level of [redacted]. This is impossible in the game currently. I reported the hacker, but they continue to play as if nothing happened. Spent $[redacted] to feel frustrated and miserable? It's unfair, and you have the ability to address this. The matchmaking is also problematic. Every time I log in, I'm placed in ongoing matches where players quit due to cheating, resulting in unbalanced scores like 18 to 89, leaving me on the losing team. This negatively affects my win/loss ratio inaccurately. The S6 Stingray weapon needs to be nerfed according to players. It seems only wealthy individuals and hackers have access to it, showing a bias. As a community that invests significant time and money into your games and consoles, we deserve clean and fair gameplay. What actions are being taken to address these issues? It feels like either you're indifferent because you already have my money, or you condone hackers and cheaters. Clarification is needed as the game is now ruined, and I feel frustrated and disheartened by the $[redacted] spent.

Since March [redacted], I've been experiencing a persistent issue in my game. When loading into maps, I consistently load in about 10-20 seconds after everyone else. This delay is manageable, but the real problem arises when both my custom paintjob and non-default scope reticle fail to load for 30-60 seconds after the map loads. It's frustrating because I can't utilize my selected reticle (like "Stage Fright" with the Thermal Scope) until my paintjob appears on my weapon. Even with other scopes, there's a blurred spot until it loads properly. After providing detailed information and even a recorded stream of the problem to Activision, they suddenly stopped assisting me. Despite creating multiple tickets, their responses make it seem like they are unaware of this known issue affecting many other players as well. I've diligently followed all troubleshooting steps they've recommended, but once that's done, I receive no further help or responses. Unfortunately, without a phone number to call for support, I'm left unable to discuss and resolve this ongoing issue directly.

I am looking to appeal an unreasonable ban on my account. I paid full price - $60 - for this game a week ago. I have also spent $65+ on micro transactions, earned gold weapons, and leveled up. I joined a boosting lobby with friends where my stats were reset over three matches, resulting in 86 kills being wiped. Although I regret it, I went back to playing legitimately, leveled up, and spent $10 on in-game items. After all this, I received a 48-hour ban with another stat reset. This situation feels incredibly unjust to me. I believe the fairest resolution would be to revert my stats to before the boosting incident, reinstating my first prestige and 40 levels. If that is not possible, I hope Activision can lift the extended ban and undo the second stat reset, considering I didn't violate any rules between the first reset and the second.

I pre-ordered the Modern Warfare beta today and received my code via email. I successfully entered the code. I understand we will receive the token on the release day through our Call of Duty email. I logged in to my profile using my PSN, but my email is different in my CoD account and I can't remember my password. I tried updating my email and password in my profile, but it's not working. I can't reset my password through my CoD email, so I'm unable to receive the beta token. Can you reset my CoD email and password so I can use this email, or send the beta token to me directly through this email? Thank you.

I've been playing a lot to grind through the Black Ops 4 Operation Apocalypse Z event and reached tier 38 for the Ultra Weapon Bribe reward. After encountering a 40-second loading process and a message indicating the items could not be loaded, I found that only 2 camos were added to my collection instead of the new ranged weapon. Despite my efforts and dedication, the specific gun I aimed for was missing from the rewards. This was quite disheartening as earning a new weapon was my main motivation for playing. Fortunately, I play on PS4 and managed to capture a video clip of the incident for reference.

I purchased one of the zombie maps for Black Ops 4, and now there are four more maps locked behind a pass that I already partially own. I am frustrated with the price and the way customers are treated. I will not support this business again. It is disappointing that the company prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I feel misled and ripped off. I believe games should offer more value for the price paid. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the current situation and believe the company should reconsider its practices.

I entered my beta code for Modern Warfare, and the system confirmed my registration, ensuring I would receive my token on my Call of Duty account when the beta starts. However, I am encountering issues with accessing my Activation and Call of Duty accounts. The system is prompting that my profile lacks necessary details, and I cannot recall my Community name. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to sign in as it tells me my password is incorrect. I am concerned that these issues may prevent me from receiving my beta token, and I am unable to check for any messages.

I purchased the Black Ops 4 season pass last week. After downloading the new maps, I tried to play zombies, but when selecting maps like Ancient Evil, a message pops up saying, "There is no content. It might not be for sale yet, or no longer available." This same issue happens when I try to access the store through the main menu of Black Ops 4. Although the charge for the season pass went through on my card, the store shows I have bought it, and the notifications screen confirms the download, the content is inaccessible. After contacting Playstation and resetting the licenses without success, they advised me to reach out to the developer.

I created an Activision account a few years ago with an email that I can no longer access. Whenever I attempt to log in on their website, it indicates that my profile is lacking information. Subsequently, when I input the required data, it shows as incorrect. My sole intention is to update my email address in order to receive the code for pre-ordering the upcoming Call of Duty game. Additionally, my PlayStation username is littlemisspoop1 (as previously mentioned, this username dates back to a few years ago). If possible, I would like to switch it to the email address I have provided. Thank you.

I mistakenly redeemed my Call of Duty Modern Warfare early access content on my mother's Activision account instead of my own. I later realized this when trying to access the beta content. Upon attempting to link my Microsoft account to my actual Activision account, I discovered it was already linked to another account, which turned out to be my mom's. I tried to unlink it but couldn't remember the password to log back in. Now, when I tried to redeem the beta code on my correct account, I received an error stating it had already been redeemed. Sadly, I've realized I redeemed the code on the wrong account. Despite trying to reset the password, I'm not receiving the password reset email. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this issue.

I encountered three issues while playing the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare beta regarding the multiplayer mode: 1. The Ghost perk failed to function properly, as opposing players could still detect my presence even though I was moving around the map with the default class equipped with the Ghost perk and a silenced weapon. 2. Spawn camping on a map featuring a field of grass and trees to the right of one spawn point, surrounded by warehouse-like buildings, created an unfair advantage for players who would camp at this spot and kill opponents as they spawned in. 3. The deployable cover could be destroyed by team members during gameplay.

I encountered three issues in the Call of Duty Modern Warfare beta: 1. The Ghost perk failed to function correctly, as I continued to appear on the enemy's minimap when they utilized UAVs or similar killstreaks, even while moving. 2. Spawn trapping/spawn camping was problematic on a map resembling a large refinery with warehouses. The opposing team would camp in a grassy field near one spawn point, using snipers to target players as they respawned. 3. Team-mates were able to destroy deployable cover, leading to frustration and anger among players. During a match in the cave map, a team-mate destroyed my deployable cover, disrupting my defensive strategy.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue while playing Black Ops 4 on PS4. In Blackout mode, my accessories are not staying permanently. I have been patiently waiting for this problem to be resolved through updates, but unfortunately, it has not been fixed in over six months. Additionally, I have noticed that every time I get a kill with a rocket launcher, it displays on the top right-hand side with an image of the rocket launcher kill, but it is not adding to my "Got Rocks" challenge progress. I attempted to record my latest rocket launcher kill, but the recording did not save the entire gameplay, leaving me unable to provide evidence. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you, Jacob.

While playing Kino Der Toten on Black Ops 1, my gameplay suddenly paused, and a brief video featuring Richtofen discussing the location and events unfolded on screen. The unexpected occurrence surprised me, and although I cannot recall the exact dialogue as it was short, I haven't been able to locate any information about this online. It seems like I may have stumbled upon an undiscovered Easter egg in the game. The incident happened when I was utilizing a packed HK 21, shooting into a group of zombies in the theater, moving backward towards the teleporter that leads to the starting room. I have been unable to reproduce this mysterious video since. Could anyone provide insight on this?

My Twitch account is linked to this old Activision account, and I need assistance to unlink it since I can't access the old email or password.
