The issue in GetHuman-cedarsha's own words
Ok, so I was playing a blackout game for Black ops * and I got the blood viles for Rictofen and completed all the character challenges but as soon as the game ended it disconnected me from the blank ops servers then it didn’t give me the character I did all the challenges for! I placed top * I got *nd place with the blood viles in my inventory and there is no way anyone else could’ve picked my item up I’m annoyed because I have literally tried soo many times to get Rictofen, but when I finally should get him the server disconnected when transferring from end game to lobby! I do have a recording of this game in theater mode it shows me picking up the Takeo note as Takeo and getting the blood viles! Also in my previous ** games it shows my placement in that match as proof of a top *! My Xbox live gamer tag is : whenerdog , and how I want this issue to be resolved is simply giving me Rictofen because I did all the work to get him successfully and I feel treated unfairly!
