To whom it may concern, **While playing MW* online via PS* Network w* PS*, I have been experiencing an issue with online multiplayer progress not saving. What happens, is whenever I exit to the main menu after leveling up, etc. my level is demoted back to * everytime I log back in to online multiplayer. *Initially, I thought my progress was not saving due to me not having PS* at the time. However, even after I signed up the issue continues to persist. *My NAT type is open and I have trouble shooted with both a wired and wireless connection. *Please let me know what other information I need to provide. *I love the Call of Duty franchise and have many good memories of growing up playing these games. **Best wishes, *Micah
