While playing Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, I dedicated over 20 hours completing all the headshot challenges and other weapon camps. However, on two separate occasions, my progress vanished when I logged back into the game. Frustrated, I re-did all the challenges only to have the same issue occur. This resulted in over 40 hours wasted without any rewards. I believe I should be compensated not only for the lost headshots and other challenges but also for the potential to reach gold or diamond status on most guns. Additionally, I expect to receive COD points due to the inconvenience caused by this unfortunate situation.

I am facing a strange issue with connecting to games on BO4 on my PS4. I have tried various troubleshooting steps such as restarting my PS4 and router, enabling UPNP, using DMZ, and port forwarding. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I still encounter problems. The issue manifests in two ways - either I cannot find a game at all or I get kicked back to the main menu while joining a match. I reached out to my service provider, and even though they claim to have configured the network, the problem persists. What adds to the peculiarity is that I can play other online games like Fortnite and Friday the 13th without any issues. Interestingly, when I played BO4 using my phone's hotspot, it worked fine. This problem only started after Patch 1.06. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect that my Call of Duty account was compromised. While playing, I joined a hacked lobby and promptly exited. Since then, I've noticed issues with aiming; my crosshairs struggle to lock onto moving enemies, and my bullets appear weaker than usual. In contrast, playing on my friend's PS4 with a different account is a much smoother experience with more kills and fewer deaths. However, when I switch back to my own account or PS4, I struggle and get defeated easily.

My stats in online multiplayer Call of Duty Black Ops 4 keep resetting whenever I sign off from my Xbox. This issue has caused me to lose over [redacted],[redacted]+ overall score and 3,[redacted]+ kills this past weekend. As someone who has been playing competitively for the past 12 years and aims to be at a high rank on the leaderboards, this is frustrating. I have recommended Call of Duty to many people and want my stats restored to what they were. I have evidence in the form of pictures/videos showing my stats before and after turning off my Xbox. I hope this can be resolved as online stats not saving properly is a significant problem. Thank you for any assistance with this issue.

Before I delve into this issue, let me outline some prerequisites. My account was prestige 5 level 25, and I had obtained the gold camo on every gun except for the Koshka. All I had remaining were a few one-shot kills and the secondary challenges. I dedicated countless hours to the game, making it a significant part of my life over the past month. This afternoon around 1:00 pm Eastern time, after finishing a hardcore team deathmatch, I powered off my Xbox. Upon turning it back on at approximately 3:00 pm Eastern time, I received a notification that my personal game data had been altered, prompting a game restart. Oddly, upon relaunching Black Ops 4, I discovered that my level had been reset to 1, despite not prestiging. Upon checking the multiplayer mode, I realized that all my stats had been reset - including XP, calling cards, gold camos, and more. To my dismay, I found that I had earned the "Fresh Restart" calling card, although I had not selected that option, and no one else uses my account or Xbox. Given these circumstances, it appears to be a glitch as I did not initiate the fresh restart myself.

In Spyro 3 of the Reignited Trilogy, I've noticed some issues with Agent 9's jump mechanics in certain levels like his lab and Dino Mines. It seems that there are obstacles preventing him from jumping above platforms, hindering progress and collecting gems or eggs. It would be helpful to receive tips to overcome this challenge or perhaps have the game patched to improve Agent 9's jumping abilities. Additionally, I'm curious about the elusive Thrash Master/Super Thrash Master skate trick and would appreciate any insights into mastering it.

About two weeks ago, I started having trouble finding games on Black Ops 4. When I try to join a game, I immediately get kicked out with an error message saying the lobby is full. However, if I join a friend, I can find games instantly. I have noticed others experiencing the same issue on Reddit, YouTube comments, and stream chats but no solution has been provided yet. I suspect it might be due to my high stats affecting the skill-based matchmaking, making it prioritize connections to better players rather than focusing on my connection, which is important due to my location on the west coast and my not-so-great internet. When I do manage to get into a game, my ping is extremely high (around [redacted] range). But when I play with a friend, my connection is on a 4-bar. My NAT is open, I have tried resetting my router and adjusting settings, and I even reinstalled the game, but the issue persists. I would appreciate some assistance, preferably not through an unhelpful automated phone message.

While I was playing outside with my friends, my brother went on to my account and caused some trouble by selecting the fresh start option. I had nearly completed all the Easter eggs except for Voyage of Despair. At the time, my character was at level 55, prestige 1, and I had 4 days, 8 hours, and 10 minutes of gameplay. I possessed various zombies warpaints such as Exterminator, Like a Boss, Heavy Duty, Power Killer, and Power Assassin. Additionally, I had achieved the Dark Ops challenge where you finish the Blood of the Dead Easter egg without using any perks. I possess video proof and images of my progress.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue with my game on Xbox One. About a week ago, I encountered a problem when trying to enter prestige 2 in the game. Instead of unlocking the weapon I selected, I lost it along with my previous weapon from prestige 1, calling cards, progress, and camos on weapons, essentially resetting my game progress. Hello, I am experiencing a significant issue with Modern Warfare Remastered. I had reached level 80 or 70 Master Prestige and attained all DLC weapons and maps. While playing in a team tactical match with friends, a player at level [redacted] caused trouble, resulting in me being kicked from the lobby. Upon rejoining a game, my level was inexplicably set to [redacted], and I began receiving uncompleted challenges. This game was one of my favorites, and I dedicated much time to it, maintaining a 3KD and holding the #4 ranking in FFA. The situation is disheartening as I can no longer access matches. I recently downloaded the original Call of Duty 4 on Xbox [redacted] to play online. My account was hacked a few years ago, and after resolving the issue, I re-downloaded the game. However, even though the XP and other aspects were fixed, I encountered an issue. Despite starting at rank 1, I began with only pistols for primary and secondary weapons, with no perks available. Resetting to default in custom classes didn't help as all guns and perks remained locked. Even after ranking up to unlock custom classes, the guns and perks didn't unlock as expected. I've followed all the instructions provided, but the issue persists due to my past account hack. I hope someone can address this problem without requiring a full restart. I'm eager to access the first 2 assault rifles and perks unlocked like they should be. Despite reaching out through various channels, the problem remains unresolved. I am disappointed and wish to escalate this complaint to your manager as you have an open-door policy. Please forward this message to your CEO! I am a 51-year-old disabled adult who has exclusively played Call of Duty for the past 7 years. I will no longer support your products, which saddens me as gaming is my primary source of entertainment. During my recent online gaming sessions, I have encountered unfair gameplay where opponents utilizing aimbot cheats defeat me instantly. This has discouraged me from enjoying your games, including the upcoming Black Ops release. I have one question: Why would you allow cheats like aimbot to ruin the gaming experience for legitimate players? I feel deceived and while I won't request a refund for past entertainment, my enthusiasm for your games has plummeted. Thank you for ruining my gaming experience. I have a limited internet connection which makes downloading large updates a challenge, as it requires careful planning to not disrupt others in my household. When I purchased the game and PS Plus to play, I didn't anticipate spending 22 hours waiting for a 14GB bug update, only to potentially face another lengthy update next week without advance notice of its size. I believe it's fair to request information on update sizes ahead of time to schedule downloads more effectively. It's frustrating to lose days of my PlayStation subscription waiting for updates instead of enjoying the game as intended. I've attempted to reach out through various channels without any response, and while I appreciate the game, I feel that transparency on update sizes is essential to avoid inconveniencing players unnecessarily.

I encountered an issue that is frustrating to explain: I did not receive the Depleted Weapons Core drop, as both my Fireteam Clanmates did. Upon completing The Corrupted and obtaining the Seething Heart questline, the exotic Depleted Weapons Core did not drop for me to return to the Drifter. Obtaining the Depleted Weapons Core has been my goal since reaching a light level of [redacted]. I have partaken in various activities, and this quest was the last objective I aimed to fulfill. If possible, could I be provided with either the next quest "Business as Usual," the Depleted Weapons Core, or have the quest for the Gambit vendor reactivated so I can complete it? My Clan and Fireteam members are progressing ahead of me, and since we enjoy playing Gambit the most, this setback is disheartening. Engaging in Gambit and participating in raids motivate me to continue playing the game. Losing the opportunity to pursue the Gambit exotic quest is truly disappointing.

I purchased Call of Duty Black Ops 4 on Xbox One, and I'm based in Singapore. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the blackout mode. Every time I attempt to find a match, the message "cannot find match at this time" appears. Strangely, the only time I managed to play blackout was when I joined an Xbox party. I have exhausted various troubleshooting steps like reviewing Activision forums, port forwarding, router restarts, and checking my internet speed. Surprisingly, I encounter a similar issue with Call of Duty Infinite Warfare, which previously worked when I downloaded a trial in March. Both games are now unplayable online. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this perplexing issue.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to report an issue I am facing while playing MW2 online through the PS3 Network with PS+. The problem is related to my online multiplayer progress not being saved properly. Every time I exit to the main menu after leveling up, my progress is reset, and I am back to level 1 when I log in again. I initially thought this was because I did not have PS+ at first, but even after subscribing, the problem persists. I encountered an issue while playing a blackout game in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. After completing all the character challenges and obtaining the blood vials for Rictofen, the game disconnected from the servers as it ended. Consequently, I did not receive the character I worked so hard to unlock. Despite securing 2nd place with the blood vials in my inventory, no one else could have taken them from me. Frustratingly, this happened just as I was about to achieve my goal of acquiring Rictofen. I have evidence of the game in theater mode, confirming my progress and achievements. My Xbox Live gamer tag is "whenerdog." The resolution I am seeking is to be granted access to Rictofen since I completed the necessary challenges. I believe I have been treated unfairly in this situation.

I, along with others, accidentally pressed the wrong button in the game, leading to an unintended fresh start. The close proximity of the fresh start and prestige buttons was confusing and there was no clear indication that the prestige action was successful. To address this issue, it would be beneficial to boost my current level 4 account to either prestige 1 or level 55, allowing me to regain unlocked weapons and items. While camos might be lost, they are not a priority. I am hopeful for assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

After playing a blackout game, I unlocked both Prophet (Numbers skin) and Bruno (Voyage of Despair) in the same match. However, in the blackout lobby, when attempting to change my skin and then choosing multiplayer characters, the game would crash, followed by a system crash. I request Activision to address this glitch promptly as it is easy to trigger and inconvenient, requiring a system restart each time. I do not expect any monetary or in-game compensation as I received the characters, and I don't think the game deprived me of any rewards. My goal is to highlight this issue for resolution.
