Hello, I was contacting you because my game seems to have a problem. My platform is Xbox one, and about a week ago as I was trying to enter prestige *. When I entered, instead of unlocking the Weapon I chose I lost it, as well as my previous weapon from prestige *, all of my calling cards, all progress and camos on weapons, and it’s as if I’ve never played the game before. I’m sure you can see how frustrating this must be, seeing as the highlight of the game for me was challenging my friends to see who could make the most progress. I hope there is something you can do to recover my progress because if not I have truly lost all interest in this game. My username is *“ TwistedPyro** “ and it would be much appreciated if you could get back to me or help me solve this issue.
