The issue in GetHuman-jordonku's own words
I spent ** dollars on Cod points. In total, I bought *,***, and I bought the special Firebreak and Seraph Tier Systems. After closing my game because I was experiencing network issues, I came back to the game, and saw I had * Cod points, when I originally had *** left over. I checked my Microsoft account and the money wasnt there either. Also, the Seraph pass was no longer in my Current list of tiers. When I looked around, It said I had completed it, but none of the items were in my inventory. I would like to see either a refund, or my cod points and Seraph pass returned. I am quite upset, and I really like the game. I would hate to see such negative feedback due to an error. Love you guys, Jordon.
