Hello, my name is Jayd. I am extremely disappointed with the consistent online issues in Black Ops 4 multiplayer. Problems like migrating hosts, disconnections, and connection interruptions occur in almost every game, making it nearly unplayable. I have spoken to numerous players in Australia, and we all share the same frustrating experience. It seems like there is little regard for Australia from the developers. As a long-time Call of Duty fan, it's disheartening that the game is now almost unplayable. Many players in Australia, including myself, invested a lot of money in this game, only to feel neglected. EB Games is offering a good trade-in deal for BO4 due to its poor playability, so it seems like many of us will be taking advantage of that. Despite the money spent, it feels like our concerns are being ignored. Thank you.

Hello, my Xbox Live profile is Master Inzo, and I am reaching out to address a concerning issue. My multiplayer progress in leveling up guns and unlocking camos is repeatedly being reset, along with challenges reverting to previous states. Despite being at level 55 without any prestiges on my guns, the setbacks persist. I suspect this might be due to recent updates, but the continuous resets are frustrating. I have gameplay clips showcasing my achievements like unlocking the "In the Flow" challenge. It seems like the progress isn't saving correctly when I exit the game. I am unsure how to resolve this or what is causing it. I hope for a solution or clarification on this matter. If not, I fear I may need to start over. If this issue persists and my progress continues to revert, my disappointment in the game will grow. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Nick J.

My friends persuaded me to purchase Black Ops 4, claiming it was one of the best Call of Duty games. It turned out to be a frustrating experience. In just under an hour of playing, I became so irritated that I uninstalled the game and requested a refund. I'm accustomed to Steam's policy of refunding games with less than 2 hours of playtime within an hour. After several emails with Blizzard, they explained that Activision determines the refund policy based on playtime. Despite feeling misled as I bought the game from the Blizzard store, I was denied a refund. Despite reinstalling and playing for an additional 2 hours in the hope of enjoying it, I find the game unbearable.

Upon downloading Black Ops 4, the main screen loads fine, but when selecting any option, it crashes shortly after. Despite trying various fixes, including the latest update, the issue persists. Even after reinstalling the game, it still crashes after a few seconds. Today's update was supposed to address this, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the problem. It's frustrating that I've had the game for roughly two weeks now and am still unable to play.

I played a mission repeatedly to unlock the Seraph character in the game. After successfully completing the mission and obtaining the Seraph weapon multiple times, I still do not have access to the character. Despite finishing in varying positions and receiving the character unlock message, Seraph remains locked. I am frustrated and disappointed as I devoted a significant amount of time to this task. Can you please provide me with a code or assist in unlocking Seraph for me? I have completed the mission three times and believe I am entitled to access the character. It is disheartening to have put in the effort without seeing the intended results.

I have encountered issues with camos twice now. The first time was with the Maddox. I completed over [redacted] headshots and acquired the 5 double kill camo, but when I logged back in, it reverted back to the Massacre and Red Tiger camo. This meant I had to redo 20+ headshots. The same problem has now occurred with my ABR. After completing [redacted] headshots, I logged off for the night, only to find that the camos had reset to Massacre and Red Tiger upon my return. I have taken pictures of the issue for reference and would appreciate a solution. This problem has also affected my cousin and a few friends. If possible, I would like additional camos as compensation.

I visited the firerange in the green building and retrieved the Seraph weapon by shooting targets. After killing a person with the Annialater, I reached 3rd place, but the game crashed. I replayed and finally obtained the Seraph weapon a second time, finishing in 2nd place. Despite the in-game character unlock notification, Seraph remains locked. I repeated the process, getting the weapon a third time, finishing in 3rd place. Seraph is still not unlocked. I completed her mission three times and need a code to unlock her. Repeating the mission is difficult, and I deserve the character for my efforts. I was informed that customer support can assist in unlocking or providing a code. It is frustrating and unfair to not have access to her after fulfilling the mission multiple times.

Yesterday, I bought a hard copy of Black Ops 4 from GameStop. After starting the install, I discovered the campaign mode was replaced with a game mode similar to Fortnite. I specifically purchased the game for the Call of Duty experience and not Fortnite. I am requesting a refund as I have no interest in playing this altered version unless there is an update reintroducing the campaign mode. GameStop advised me to contact Activision for assistance. Kindly provide instructions on how to return the game for a refund or release an update restoring the original gameplay. I am open to mailing the game back as needed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Yesterday, I purchased a physical copy of Black Ops 4 from GameStop. However, upon starting the installation process, I discovered that the campaign mode had been replaced with a mode similar to Fortnite. I intended to buy Call of Duty but ended up with Fortnite. I am requesting a refund as I have no interest in playing this game, unless an update is released to restore the campaign mode. GameStop advised me to contact Activision for assistance since they do not handle returns. I am willing to return the game to any address provided to receive my refund or await an update. The decision is now in your hands.

I'm experiencing an issue with my hacked account and an IP block. I've spoken with Sony and my internet provider, and Sony mentioned that someone may have blocked my IP, preventing me from accessing the PSN network. While I'm able to connect to the internet, I'm unable to connect my PSN account to message for assistance, receiving an error about permissions. A few days ago on October 31, while playing COD 2, I received a threatening message from a hacker who claimed to have my IP address, internet provider information, and home address. I immediately blocked and reported this individual to Sony. Since then, on August 1, I've been repeatedly targeted by different individuals trying to get me to join their game sessions. I blocked two of them, but last night, I was still unable to play due to being blocked. Today, Sony and AT&T Uverse were involved in a call to address the issue, but the block remains. Can someone please assist me? I have the IDs of the individuals causing trouble: Esytopls, Plim17, and the main offender who threatened me, Ohyesdaddymmm.

In Black Ops 4, I experienced a setback with my camos. I dedicated around six hours to earn the gold camo for my ICR-7, a challenging feat I managed to accomplish. Upon returning to the game, I discovered my progress had been reset. The Spectrum camo, especially difficult to obtain by getting 5 kills without dying 5 times, is now showing as unfinished for me. Additionally, my SG12 progress has been reset. I was approaching the Spectrum camo for gold on this weapon, having completed the Bengal camo (requiring 50 headshots, a beginner camo). This situation is frustrating as I not only invested time in achieving these camos but also spent a considerable amount on the game. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach out to Activision support have been unsuccessful. I am eager to have my camos restored to their previous state. It is worth noting that the reset occurred prior to my recent prestige, and my console name is Mrnutta; I play on Xbox One.

I unlocked the Massacre camo for the KN-57 last night and made good progress towards the Red Tiger camo. Today, when I logged in, I noticed the camo is missing. The progress bar for the camos show full and three-quarters full respectively, but the game only registers 74 headshots. Despite getting more headshots, the count remains the same. Achieving Diamond camo is a key goal for me in your games. If this issue prevents me from reaching that goal, I feel frustrated. I would appreciate it if this could be fixed promptly. Otherwise, I may request a refund as the game is currently not enjoyable due to this error. I have been a fan of this game and enjoyed playing it so far, but this issue has disappointed me.

I recently spent $25 on Cod points, purchasing a total of 1,[redacted] points along with the special Firebreak and Seraph Tier Systems. After encountering network issues and reloading my game, I was shocked to find my Cod points had dropped to 0 and the [redacted] points remaining were gone. Even more distressing was the disappearance of the Seraph pass from my current tiers, despite the game indicating I had already completed it. None of the associated items were in my inventory. I am disappointed and seek either a refund or the restoration of my Cod points and Seraph pass. I value the game highly and wish to avoid leaving negative feedback because of this error. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jordon.

I am a frequent Call of Duty player, and currently, I am facing some frustrating issues with the game. Despite my usual success in mastering prestige and enjoying grinding for calling cards, I find myself disheartened by the current state of the game. My kill/death ratio has dropped below 1.00, and I encounter situations where I am consistently outgunned despite shooting first. The gameplay feels off with laggy character screens and inconsistent connections leading me to drop out of lobbies frequently. Even with my tried-and-true loadouts, I struggle to perform as expected, feeling like my tactics are failing me. While I've seen improvement in past COD games, I am considering stepping away from Black Ops 4 until these issues are addressed. I hope Activision considers refunds for disappointed players like me. Sincerely, Phil E.

I've been attempting to contact someone for approximately three hours regarding an issue I am experiencing with Activision - Black Ops 4 and their codes. After entering a code on the website, it indicated that it was successful and went onto the account. However, I am unable to view any linked account or add one. Consequently, the money spent on these codes seems to have been wasted as I cannot utilize them, and I am unable to receive any assistance. Although the code was entered, there is no linked account for activation. I am puzzled as to where my code or reward may be. It is frustrating to input a code only to have the website place it in a non-existent location. I am in need of either transferring this to the correct account or receiving compensation.

I've been banned from the emblem editor in Call of Duty WWII for over six months now without any warning or explanation. The ban, labeled temporary, seems to exceed the usual temporary bans outlined in the Security and Enforcement Policy. I believe this ban is unjustified. I had only created historical flags, a question mark, and an NRA logo, all of which are commonly found in the game itself. The lack of information regarding the reason for the ban is unreasonable. Previous titles in the Call of Duty series never presented any problems. The Security and Enforcement policy lacks clarity and allows for subjective decisions leading to unfair bans. Transparency and clear guidelines should be followed to avoid violating individual rights. I expect to be informed of the violation and the duration of the ban. Indefinite bans without explanation are unethical. Thank you.

While playing Black Ops 4 on PC online, I've been experiencing significant lag compared to other players. It feels like there's a delay of about half to a quarter of a second both when shooting enemies and getting shot. This happens regardless of the gun I use. My internet speed is solid with Comcast, boasting [redacted] Mbps down and 42 Mbps up on a DOCSIS 3.1 connection. Despite my good connection and ping between 30-50 ms, it seems like I'm being intentionally hindered in-game. I've checked my setup, including my brand new PC, and everything seems to be running fine without any hardware or software conflicts. As someone who's been gaming for years and uses it to unwind from a stressful job as a nurse, I'm at a loss as to why this lag is happening. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

While playing Black Ops 4 on PC online, I've noticed a delay where my shots don't seem to land as effectively as they should. Despite using various guns, this issue persists. I have a strong Comcast 1-gig internet connection with [redacted] Mbps down and 42 Mbps up, but the gameplay still feels off. I've checked with Comcast, and they confirmed everything is fine on their end. My ping is usually between 30 to 50 ms, but it feels like I'm experiencing intentional lag compared to other players. I have a new gaming setup with components like 32GB DDR4 RAM, Intel 8700k processor, GTX [redacted] graphics card, and SSD storage. I've tested the game on multiple PCs with the same results, ruling out any hardware issues. I don't use third-party antivirus software. I'm a 50-year-old nurse in Jacksonville, Florida, seeking help to understand why this lag is happening during my gameplay sessions, which are crucial for me to relax after high-stress work shifts.

I am experiencing difficulty reaching you using the phone number provided. It disconnects promptly when I call. Please ensure there is a simpler way for customers to contact your company to share concerns and suggestions. I had to wait over an hour online to speak with a support specialist and share my suggestions for Black Ops 3. Instead, I was directed to give feedback on Black Ops 4, which I don't own. This experience is disheartening, and I feel neglected as a loyal Call of Duty fan since the days of World at War on my PS2. I urge Activision to improve their customer service and address customer feedback promptly. My trust in the company is wavering, despite being a longtime customer from the days of Pitfall on my Atari [redacted]. I hope you can provide better service and convince me to continue supporting your products.

I was playing Black Ops 4, progressing well with unlocking camos for my guns. Next day, I noticed none of my progress had been saved. For example, I achieved [redacted] one shot one kills with the Koshka and completed all camos for the Hellion Salvo, but none of these were saved. This has occurred repeatedly, and it's frustrating to redo challenges for camos I previously earned. How can I retrieve my lost camos in the game?
