Activision's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-zep a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

Missing items happen all the time. If you are looking to recover one you will need to report it immediately. If you deleted the item you most likely cannot get it back.
The issue in GetHuman-zep's own words
I pre ordered the digital deluxe for Black ops * and I logged in and I did not get the shadow man skin in Blackout and it says Purchased but will not let me download it. After pressing the showdown man skin it said I needed to pay for it so I went to the store to see if I needed to buy it but then it said I already had it so the didgital deluxe is not working for me and I want the stuff that I paid for.
GetHuman-zep did not yet indicate what Activision should do to make this right.
