A short time ago you charged my card ending in ****. I explained to you a short time ago that card was not to be used. Ever. I even took the card off the Act Blue account so you would not make this mistake again. In spite of me removing my **** and seeing that CC ending in ****, is the only card on my account( I checked) how the **** did you use that card? You must have a copy of my **** card on file. You will correct this immediately and I want an answer on how you could use a card that was no longer on the account. And it's the second time!!! Im thinking this is illegal use of a credit card. But I will wait for you to reply. And also, when I look on the menu for contacting you there is no place for my specific problem. I don't expect you to call me, but if you would like to my number is (***-)***-****. Julane Martin
