I noticed a withdrawal of $5.50 from my Regions online account on Saturday, 6/27/20 or Sunday, 6/28/20. This withdrawal was made to Everytown, a gun violence prevention organization, but it caused my checking account to become overdrawn without my authorization. I would appreciate a prompt refund of the funds into my account and request an email notification once the correction is made. P.S. Although I support universal background checks for gun purchases, I feel disappointed by this unintended donation. My daughter-in-law has endured a tragic incident related to gun violence, leaving her paralyzed. I have three monthly donations set up with donatetodems on my card, along with 10 other recurring donations through actblue. I never receive a monthly notification about the donations to donatetodems, making it challenging for me to stop them. I have tried unsuccessfully to cancel them in the past, but to no avail. I will attempt to cancel them again, and if this final attempt is unsuccessful, I will have to cancel my credit card to stop all contributions through actblue.

I made two donations to ActBlue, one on August 13 for $2.00 which was processed as $[redacted], and the other on August 24 for $1.00 which was processed as $[redacted]. The verification numbers are #[redacted] and #[redacted]. I have requested to cancel both transactions but have not received any updates yet. Please cancel both donations and issue a refund to my account. I suggest adding a verification step during the donation process to confirm the deposit amount before finalizing the transaction as I often encounter issues. I have been making monthly donations of ten dollars to the Democratic National Committee through ACTBLUE*DNC on my Visa ending in [redacted]. I am attempting to cancel this recurring donation. When I tried to cancel on the ACTBLUE website, it stated my information was incorrect, even though it was not. I also tried to change my password by entering my email, but I did not receive the link they claimed to have sent me after attempting this five times. I noticed a charge of $67.64 on my Mosby Books account from The Faquier Bank on September 4, [redacted]. This payment was processed through PayPal, even though I usually use credit cards for my transactions with ActBlue. I am unable to find any record of making this donation and need clarification. This is urgent! Last week, I asked Act Blue to stop taking donations from my checking account to avoid overdrawing it. I requested to resume the $10 weekly donation on October 1, not $2 and $10 as they did. Despite this, they deducted $2 a few days later and today took another $10, causing an overdraft. I need the $10 refunded immediately to prevent further financial issues with bill payments. As an 83-year-old retired nurse on a tight budget, every dollar counts for me. Recently, a charge was made to my card ending in ****. I previously requested not to use this card again and even removed it from my ActBlue account to prevent future charges. However, the card ending in ****, not ****, is the only one currently on my account. I'm puzzled as to how this charge occurred. Please rectify this immediately and explain how a card not on my account was used. This is the second time this has happened, and I believe it may be unauthorized use of my credit card. I tried to contribute to Joe Biden's campaign by following a Google link that led me to Act Blue. As I proceeded to donate $50, the site prompted me to set up a recurring charge, which I did not want. I attempted to backtrack before confirming my donation or entering my security code, but somehow my Visa information was used to process the donation without my consent. When I tried to reset my password on their website, a new password was issued for an account I do not recall creating. Although my personal information is saved, my credit card details are not listed. I am unable to delete this account. I am requesting a refund of $50 and expressing my disappointment, stating that I will not consider donating again due to this experience.

I recently visited Jaime Harrison's website at (10/14/20, 1pm MST) to make a contribution. After clicking on the 'Contribute' button, I was directed to an ActBlue "app" on Jaime's website that already had my credit card and address information. Upon clicking the '$50' button, the process seemed to complete abruptly without any confirmation page or message from Jaime's site. This lack of acknowledgment or confirmation email post-donation is concerning. I have reached out to ActBlue via their contact form and am now seeking clarity on this forum regarding the absence of a donation confirmation after supporting Jaime Harrison. I received a confirmation from ActBlue for my inquiry to them, but none regarding my contribution to Jaime Harrison.

On 10/7, I made a $25.00 contribution to the DCCC and added a small $2.00 tip, but I'm unsure. I usually use ActBlue without any problems, so I didn't review my receipt when it arrived. I am having trouble finding a way to contact your customer service. I even downloaded your application, but I cannot find any contact information. The issue is that I mistakenly posted something through your service. I was doing a search for ActBlue, and your service came up in the search results. The only thing I noticed was "ActBlue," so in good faith, I believed I was sending them a private message. To my surprise, my message is now posted for everyone to see! I am kindly asking for your assistance in taking down my original message intended for ActBlue. I made an honest mistake, and I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving the situation.

I had planned to donate $[redacted] to the Ossoff and Warnack Campaigns, with the amount split evenly between the candidates. However, ActBlue mistakenly charged my personal checking account at Wells Fargo twice for $[redacted] each. I also requested another copy of my receipt from ActBlue. My Wells Fargo account, with the number [redacted], still reflects the two $[redacted] donations. I am dissatisfied with this error and would like a prompt refund of $[redacted].

My husband made a one-time donation to Joe Biden in May. However, I noticed that starting in July, you have been charging his Visa $50 monthly for your Medicare for All campaign. He has been hospitalized several times, and I only found out about these charges when I took over his bills recently. This is my second time experiencing an erroneous charge for a donation. Recently, on my American Express card (account ending in [redacted]), you charged me $[redacted] for a $3 donation made on 1/27/21. I have received notice from American Express that they have credited my account for the $[redacted] charge made erroneously in the previous month. I will no longer donate to the Democratic party through ActBlue due to the recurring issues with your bookkeeping. I have been struggling to access my two ActBlue accounts for months now. When I attempt to sign in, I am presented with a blank page. During the recent election, I had to resort to using PayPal for donations, but that method didn't work for everyone. I need assistance in closing these accounts down and starting fresh because I am unable to stop recurring donations. I am uncertain about the status of the donations I've made, which were significant considering my limited income on social security benefits. Unfortunately, I cannot vote either. I suspect my outdated computer with unsupported software (Vista) and my strict practice of blocking cookies might be causing these issues. I am unable to find a contact number for support. I recently lost my boyfriend in June [redacted], and I discovered that he had a recurring donation set up through ActBlue via his PayPal Credit account. Unfortunately, PayPal informed me that the bank did not accept the transfer to pay off his credit card balance, possibly due to insufficient funds or account closure since he didn't have an executor. I was unaware of this recurring payment, and I suspect he intended it to be a one-time donation. There is a $29.00 balance due on 10/6/[redacted], which I am willing to pay. However, I need ActBlue to cancel the recurring donations by 10/13/[redacted], when the next transaction is scheduled. I have been unable to locate the receipts from [redacted] for the cancellation process but have emails from service@PayPal showing the previous donations.
