I created an account through a secondary app called clarity money and now when I try to get into the actual acorn app it keeps telling me to put in my personal information and when I do that it tells me my social is already being used. I know it’s being used because I created an account and I’m trying to get into that account I will like for y’all to either resolve this issue so that I can get into the account or delete my account because I don’t want money being taking out of my bank account into something I don’t even have access to.
GetHuman-baffour did not yet indicate what Acorns should do to make this right.
