Help with my Acorns issue

I have had nothing but problems with the Acorns Investing System overall as it has ended up costing me much more than I earned*saved. Didn’t generate any new funds just “saved” My own money deducted from my bank account in “roundups” with every purchase so much that I began to have overdrafts and fees for saving my own money. App disappeared from my phone and Acorns desktop site wouldn’t let me change settings OR withdraw funds. It also would not allow me to close account and required App would then not download saying lack of space, tho other apps loaded just fine. Two months of account mismanagement and irreparable damage to my credit so much so that I couldn’t even get an emergency payday loan to cover the continuing withdrawals and fees, couldn’t pay my electric bill and declined several times trying to use bank debit. Total humiliation for minor withdrawals that could not be discontinued until finally two days ago the app downloaded and I stopped the roundups and recurring investment. Tried to withdraw $*** stopped me screen froze at are you sure banner. Tried to withdraw it all screen froze at notification banner again. Could not close account. Still. Seeking remedy and reparation for damages and fees and additional compensation for stress and damage to credit. We will settle out of court or class action lawsuit will pay all members for damages. In any case reputation will be sullied in social media and consumer rating sites as it is now tied to the Chase Bank Apple ITunes manipulation and fraud. Please close my account and transfer my balance*money into my Chase account now - not *-* days from now. Thank you.
