I see on the **th of September there has been money deducted out of one of my accounts I thought I cancelled my account with your company I do not want to invest with your company I did not proceed with all the information the acorns page told me to so I thought everything was cancelled but I see money has been deducted out of my account please tell me what are the procedures to have my money refunded back to my account to have my account closed with your company to make sure no more money comes out of my account. I do not want to be a part of your investment company I do not want to be a part of your investment company and I repeat again I do not want to be a part of your investment company so I need all of my information to be cleared and removed. you can contact me at ***-***-**** or my email. My name is Taketa Denmark and I need this to be resolveded ASAP thank you kindly.. I do not remember the email address or password I used when I wanted to open up your information with your company.
