I have sent four emails asking for help in creating a New password, for I've forgotten mine. I have gone through the process of having a reset email to be sent to the account lined email I gave. I get confirmation emails stating that I am to be getting an email to reset my password, but I never actually get it. Only confirmation emails. So, this confirms that I have the correct emails address linked to my account, however I'm not getting the folliw up email to reset it. Please help, I've been getting miscellaneous, ever growing withdrawals being taken from my account for months now with no help.
