Help with my Acorn Stairlifts issue
GetHuman-shaskell's next move: talk to Acorn Stairlifts when they open.
Acorn Stairlifts's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-shaskell a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-shaskell's own words
Hello, I am writing on behalf of Miriam Cable. James Sullivan from Acorn recently acted as client advisor to Mrs. Cable to install a stairlift. Mr. Sullivan advised her that she would need to have a *** volt outlet installed next to her staircase. She contracted Eastside Electric and had the job done. Unfortunately the design that Mr. Sullivan envisioned was not able to be installed. In a phone conversation with an Acorn representative it was agreed that her deposit and the amount of $***.** for the electrical outlet installation was to be refunded. As requested she submitted copies of the bill and her payment to Eastside Electric to Acorn. She received her deposit back but not reimbursement for the unnecessary electrical outlet. Please send the promised reimbursement of $***.** to:*Mrs. Miriam Cable **** Rocky Road East*Harwinton, CT ******If you have questions please contact Mr. Stephen Haskell at (***)***-****. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
