Hello, I am writing on behalf of Miriam Cable. James Sullivan from Acorn recently acted as client advisor to Mrs. Cable to install a stairlift. Mr. Sullivan advised her that she would need to have a *** volt outlet installed next to her staircase. She contracted Eastside Electric and had the job done. Unfortunately the design that Mr. Sullivan envisioned was not able to be installed. In a phone conversation with an Acorn representative it was agreed that her deposit and the amount of $***.** for the electrical outlet installation was to be refunded. As requested she submitted copies of the bill and her payment to Eastside Electric to Acorn. She received her deposit back but not reimbursement for the unnecessary electrical outlet.
