Good Afternoon*I have purchased your Acer laptop on ** May **** invoice no. ZI*********-** , S*N: NXGT*SI********A****** , SNID: *********** It is in warranty period. Your product is defective. It is too irritating to work with this acer laptop in Dec it had issue with hard disk so i got it repaired now its keyboard has a problem and keys are not working. PLEASE TAKE BACK YOUR PRODUCT AND EXCHANGE IT OR I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT. I AM TOO FRUSTRATED WITH YOUR PRODUCT.
