On October **th ****. I reloaded a card issued by you at CVS store about *:** pm, for $ ***.** , then I tried to use the same card about **:** pm that same day and the money I reloaded wasn't on the card, I have called many times asking where is my money, at one point I was told because I have not used the card for a long time it wasn't active, *I had no knowledge of this, but still where is my money and how can I get my money back, I have gotten nothing but the run around by your company & CVS, I am very upset about this to the point I may have to go to the better business bureau,**I never had this problem before why now, the last number of my card ending with ****, exp. *****, **This money was for a trip I am due to take soon , that I may miss because of delays over my money, that's not right, **My email is *****@***.com, phone number is ***-***-*****I want answers why you are not releasing my money off my card, I have filed a complaint with CVS store regarding this matter, and was told I must contact your company, **I am a low income disable person who don't have $ ***.** to just lose having your debit card and can't use it, I just want my money back and I will find someone else to do business with if this is how you treat customer who trust your company do put their money on your cards, please contact me asap.
