I reported a lost card. * days ago via accountnow automated service and was told I would receive a replacement card in * to ** business days. That didn't happen. Then I contacted a live rep the same day and was told I would habe a replacement card in * days. After not receiving a card I called only to find out that a card was never ordered for me. And I have to pay ** dollars for expedited card.
GetHuman939432 did not yet indicate what AccountNow should do to make this right.
