Find out about * unknown charges on my account. ... After customer service hangs up on me three different times. They refuse to give me any information about the transactions, they deleted all my account history.
They are rude, unorganized, and very untrustworthy. When I filed the dispute, I didnt hear anything for a few days So I called customer Service. "Joymee" told me My dispute was denied, and she was unable to give me any information She said a letter with all the information I need is in the mail. A week later I get the Letter.. All it sayd is your dispute was denoed. Please dont hesetate to contact custonmer service for more information. So I call. Talked to * people. Everytime needing my SS*, D.O.B and card number.... just to be told. They dont have any information. I need to mail a paper to a PO BOX and wait for a responce.
How is this possible? I just dont get it.. If you look it up This company has had over **** dispute calls, only ** resolved. Wow there by far not at all about there customers. This company is a joke.
