I purchased a phone from your website which did not activate. I am using Smart Pay to finance it for over $[redacted] and believe I should not be charged for shipping, handling, or a restocking fee since I received a faulty phone. When I contacted customer service, I had specific questions, but only received a phone number with unclear hours for support. After leaving a voicemail, I was told to wait 1-3 days for a response. Now, when trying to call back during the listed hours, I am unable to proceed due to a message saying "Your account cannot be found." I am frustrated and seek clear assistance without being constantly put on hold. The lack of effective communication and support is disappointing, and I hope for improved customer service experiences in the future.

I am attempting to contact a representative at Access Wireless to inquire about switching from a different lifeline provider. I require guidance on the process and I am particularly interested in their phone options. I was considering purchasing one from their site but I'm unsure if I can find it cheaper elsewhere and still use it with their service. It would be extremely helpful to receive a definite answer by the end of the day. Speaking with someone to understand how to switch providers and discuss phone options would be highly valued. I am currently with Assurance Wireless and have not had a positive experience. I am hopeful to receive a prompt response from Access today so I can proceed with obtaining the phone I desire and ensure that switching is worthwhile.

I have contacted customer support, but the representative I spoke with, named Sophie, has not been helpful. She continues to send the same email repeatedly. I attempted to call [redacted] both from my phone and a borrowed phone, but the agents who answered couldn't hear me or understand me, or both. My main issue is that I recently upgraded my phone, but the new one seems faulty with what appears to be a broken antenna. I asked for a replacement, but was informed I cannot change it yet. I would like to revert to my previous phone. "Sophie" seems unable to assist, and I am unable to reach anyone through [redacted] due to the issues I mentioned. Thank you for any assistance. Jim

I recently received a phone instead of a SIM card from Access Wireless, who activated my service without my intent on July 28th. I am trying to communicate with a live representative to understand why I was sent a phone when I needed a SIM card for my compatible iPhone 7. Despite my phone being unlocked and working with other providers, Access Wireless activated their service on my phone. Now, I am unable to reach anyone to assist me with porting my number from Tag Mobile. Unfortunately, there are no physical stores in my area to resolve this matter in person. I am seeking guidance on how to access live support to address these issues promptly. I can be reached at [redacted], the number assigned to me by Access Wireless. I am in the process of switching from Tag Mobile due to coverage issues at my new residence. I appreciate any help as I have been unsuccessful in getting a satisfactory response from their email support.

I have had difficulties getting assistance from you regarding my health issues. This service should be free for those in need, but I paid for an upgrade and ended up with a new phone and a poor service provider, Access Wireless, which has not been helpful. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I have not been able to reach a live person, receive emails or callbacks for assistance. As an elderly person dealing with health problems, having a functional phone is crucial for my medical appointments. The lack of support from Access Wireless has caused me significant distress, especially when I couldn't reach my Veyo Cal-Optima ride service. I am unable to switch to another provider due to being stuck with your service.

I haven't had a cell phone for days now, and it's been a frustrating experience for me as an elderly person living alone. Despite being an Access Wireless user for years, no one seems to recognize or acknowledge my number. I was told I would receive a SIM card to resolve the outage, but I haven't received anything. I reside in Las Vegas, NV, and recently signed up with Access around two weeks ago for the Lifeline free government phone service that includes unlimited data, texts, and calls. Unfortunately, my data ran out after only five days of usage. During registration with a street vendor, I specifically emphasized my need for unlimited monthly data and was assured that the plan included it. I originally had service with Cricket, and I was enrolled in a government program approved by the National Verifier. I rely on unlimited data for research and applying to government programs related to homelessness, which is my current situation at 66 years old. If the Access representative I spoke to failed to submit my application or registration correctly, I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue promptly, as I urgently need reliable data services due to being homeless. I have attempted to contact Access Wireless using the provided phone numbers, but none of them connected me to a representative. Even the number sent to me in an email from Access Wireless to check on my order simply disconnects. The email I received stated that my order is being processed and that I would be contacted to verify the order details. It provided a phone number, 1-[redacted], and an email address, [redacted], to check the status of my order. However, I was unable to reach anyone through these means.

I have recently received my Access Wireless phone and attempted to transfer my phone number from Straight Talk. While I received two months of unlimited calls, texts, and data, I am facing an issue with making and receiving calls. Despite contacting customer service and being assured a new phone would be sent, I have yet to receive it since November 14th or 17th. I followed the steps to unlock my phone with the transfer pin from Straight Talk, but my number has not transferred yet. I'm looking to transfer my number, [redacted], from Straight Talk to Access Wireless and also wondering about the status of the new phone promised within 3-5 business days.

I am attempting to reactivate my original phone with my Access Wireless service. After upgrading to a different phone, I now need to go back to the original one. Despite being told to switch the SIM card and reset the phone, the service remains inactive. Repeated attempts to renew my service have been unsuccessful. I've reached out to Access Wireless customer service via the provided phone numbers but only encountered automated responses. Additionally, my email inquiry has not elicited any response.

As a prior customer, I mistakenly submitted two applications causing issues with my service. I was advised to de-enroll and reapply to obtain a phone or tablet with the ACP and Lifeline program offering unlimited talk, text, data, and hotspot. Unfortunately, I can't recall my phone number or access my account. Despite reaching out to customer service, I can't connect with an agent as the call keeps disconnecting. I need assistance transferring my phone service to a new device. Unfortunately, my previous phone was lost after being damaged. I have a blue phone that is compatible, and I have confirmed this compatibility. I urgently need to activate my access wireless phone number on the new device as soon as possible. I am looking to deactivate my account with your company in order to receive a tablet. I no longer have access to the phone number associated with my account as it has been inactive for 2 years. I am unable to retrieve the code for the phone number. I kindly request that my phone service be deactivated so I can proceed with receiving a free tablet from your company. Yesterday, I applied for service and a Smartphone from Access Wireless and was pre-approved. This morning, I received an email instructing me to complete the process via a link. However, the link only led to a message confirming approval and advised me to check my email for further instructions. Despite checking my spam folder and finding nothing, I was unable to proceed. The email mentioned reaching out to customer service if experiencing issues. Unfortunately, my call to customer service has been on hold for 30 minutes without any response. I require help in establishing contact with them.
