I am trying to reach a live human being at Access Wireless to see about changing from a different lifeline company. I am needing some instruction on the best way to do that and more importantly I'm trying to get an answer today about their phones. I was hoping to purchase one that is on their website but I was wondering if I could buy it elsewhere for cheaper and if I did would it still be okay to use and activate service with? If someone can give me a for sure answer before the day is over that would be great. And if I could talk to someone to find out what to do to switch companies and so I can ask about the phones that would be appreciated. Currently I am with Assurance wireless and I've never experienced anything like it. It's been the worst experience I've ever had! I'm hoping to hear back from someone at access today so I can move forward getting the phone I was looking at and that it will be worth switching.
