Help with my Access Wireless issue

get my phone swapped and activated ... My access wireless phone was stolen so I purchased a new one from the access wireless store. I tried activating from new phone, online and have made countless call but can't get past recording. After trying to swap over online it tells me to call *** from my current phone which I no longer have. I have been without my phone since Sept *, **** and need to get it activated. I tried both numbers for Access Wireless and only got a robot who offered no choices pertaining to my problem.
I finally resolved the problem myself but they need to include a choice for customer access to be able to get in touch with a live person who can assist with technical difficulties.

I posted what I did to fix my problem but unfortunately they remove all of the numbers on this website so I will try to spell the numbers out. I went to accesswireless.com and went thru the procedure to swap my phone. It failed again. So I started searching the entire website and found this:* *Due to a recent system upgrade, some Access Wireless smartphone users may have trouble accessing the data network and need to reset their device.*To complete the reset:*Make sure that your smartphone has a strong signal or Wi-Fi connection.*Access your phone’s dial pad and enter ********. Poundpoundseventwoseveneightsixpound. *Your phone will automatically complete the reset process.*The reset may take a few minutes to complete. Please be patient, and do not turn off your phone or exit out of the update.**If you have questions about completing the reset process, you may contact Access Wireless Customer Care by dialing *-***-***-**** from a phone other than your Access Wireless phone. Calling this number will be totally useless unless they make some further changes to their system. I hope this will help someone else so they won't have to go thru the struggle that I did.
