Buy tickets to a concert ... The website will not process my transaction. Been on hold on the phone for almost an hour, no one is answering.
I guess they don't realize that to have phone support, you have to actually have someone answer the phones?
Answer the phone. Don't make your customers wait for hours just for the privilege of being ripped off with your exorbitant fees. If you don't have enough people to answer the phones within a reasonable time frame, HIRE MORE PEOPLE. This is not complicated.
I just want to buy tickets to a concert and AXS has the exclusive rights to sell them. I don't need to prove to anyone that I'm a "good customer," I just want the vendor's payment portal to function, and if it doesn't, provide some kind of support to address the issue.
Phone, email, Twitter...no response. It's like they don't want my money.
