Hello, I purchased * Joji tickets for his January **st concert in LA* however, when I checked on "My Events*Tickets" it says that I only have * ticket when I bought * tickets. Additionally, I let my friend use my AXS account to purchase her ticket (with her card info) in a separate transaction because she didn't have an AXS account. So in total, I should have * tickets to Joji, but I only have * on my account. Please help! Thank you.
