I purchased * tickets on *********. I was told I would receive them in the mail within ** days of event, which is on ***** at Staples Center. I have NOT received my tickets and I have emailed * times already! This is a special birthday event for my friend! Do I just need to have Discover take back my funds from you? I am so DISAPPOINTED with my experience with your company. Please resolve this TODAY! I would hate to have to post my disappointment all over Social Media.
