I bought my tickets in May **** and have not received them yet. The event is in one week. I called AXS customer service at (***) ***-****, was on hold for ** minutes before a live person came on. I explained the situation and said I want physical tickets re-issued and sent to me. They said, no, they can't do that because there's not enough time to get them to me. I do not want e-tickets because I've had so many issues with e-tickets (airlines!). They refused. They won't take responsibility that I did not receive my tickets in the mail. I have to travel to another city to attend this event and don't want to arrive for there to be an issue with the ticket. They placed me on hold and then hung up on me.
GetHuman-gmhrunny did not yet indicate what AXS Tickets should do to make this right.
