My sister purchased tickets for the Rolling Stones for sat *th June at Murrayfield Edinburgh. We have still not received the * tickets. Yesterday we got a message from a stranger telling us that our tickets had been sent to her in error. We need to speak to someone regarding this. We have tried calling numerous times and no one answers. The customer service is awful. Nearly £*** spent on tickets and we don’t have them.
I trust that AXS Tickets will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
