YOU ARE TAKING $**.** FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I DO NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO BE TAKING THIS MONEY. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET. EVERYTIME I CALL YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY HANG UP ON ME. THIS IS EXTREMELY UPSETTING AS IT APPEARS YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER. I HAVE YOUR AVG FOR ANTI VIRUS SOFTWARE PROGRAM FOR A YEAR. THIS IS PAID FOR. AND IS GOING TO EXPIRE IN APRIL OF THIS YEAR. ON TOP OF THIS YOU HAVE IN ADDITION NOW TAKEN $**.** FROM MY ACCOUNT TO PAY FOR SOME ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE I DO NOT INTEMD TO PURCHASE. I HAVE PROTECTION ALREADY, WHY SHOULD I NEED TO KEEP PURCHASING MORE FROM YOU? I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM MY PAY PAL TELLING ME THAT YOU CHARGED THEM $**.** TODAY FOR SOME ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE. I DO NOT WANT ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. THE TRANSACTION * *KG**************. YOU KEEP SENDING THESE POP UPS ON MY COMPUTER AND I HAVE TRIED TO GET RID OF THEM AS I DO NOT WANT THEM INTERFERING WITH WHAT I AM TRYING TO DO. APPARENTLY IN PROCESS, YOU JUST ASSUME YOU CAN NOW CHARGE MY ACCOUNT .. LET ME MAKE THIS VERY CLEAR.... "I DO NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO BE MAKING ANY CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT WHAT SO EVER. I HAVE HAD OTHER ANIT VIRUS SOFTWARE FROM OTHER PEOPLE IN PAST, I PAY MY YEARLY FEE, AND THAT IS ALL I HAVE BEEN CHARGED BY THEM, NEVER HAS ANYONE TAKEN IT UPON THEMSELVES TO CHARGE ME WHENEVER THEY DECIDE THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE. THIS IS UPSETTING, I SHOULD NOT NEED ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE AND IF YOUR PRODUCT IS THAT INFERIOR THAT IT HAS TO HAVE ALL THESE EXTRA THINGS ADDED AS I GO ALONG THEN IT IS TIME I LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT PROVIDER FOR MY ANTI VIRUS NEEDS. AS I SAID, MINE EXPIRES IN APRIL. SO I SHOULD BE COVERED UNTIL THAT TIME. THIS ADDITIONAL $**.** IS NOT AUTHORIZED AND I DEMAND YOU RETURN IT TO ME WITH UTMOST URGENCY. I HAVE NOTIFIED MY BANK, AND TOLD THEM THIS IS NOT AUTHORIZED. I DO WANT YOU TO CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER. I AM SO COMPLETELY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICE.
