No one with ATT EVER answered after over * hours calling from TWO phone lines. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! the next day, I started calling early , but still a very long wait. FINALLY someone in service answered. At first she said to call Samsung. I asked her if at least could WE go through some of the possible fixes. She finally agreed and, had the "smarts" to read the latest issues that might have something to do with my problem. Sure enough, Samsung had put out a notice of a fix for a problem like mine. She helped me though it (though, if I had not had a LANDLINE that she could call me on, we could NOT have fixed it!). thus, after about ** minutes or more, she managed to get most of the issues resolved. And, yes, ATT did need to help as there was also a small issue that they needed to address. SHE was very good, polite and, knowledgeable. She did not make me feel like the usual ATT service and, I quote:"NOT our problem call the manufacturer". She was in Mississippi and, I think her name was Desiree? Anyway, I thank her for being so great! BUT, I have been with ATT since **** and, frankly T-Mobile is so much nicer when you go into their store. ATT is NEVER, EVER helpful in person, not EVER (at least here in SLC). they ONLY want to sell phones but NEVER help a customer. Further, I can get T-Mobile for over $*.** a month cheaper with really good service and good or great connection in my area. YOU, ATT need to give me a matching price AND, better attitude with your stores!!!
