This robot system is NOT GOOD. MY residential landline has been accidentally disconnected by your service tech at the outside box. I called a week ago on my cell phone to get it fixed. But no show, no call, NO-NOTHING. The current wait time to speak to a customer service rep is ** minutes. So I have to hold my cell phone up to my ear while I wait for a call. I don't think so. I will be asking for time without service on my next bill.
