Signed up with AT&T ** December **** because of the promotions that they were offering and advertising. specifically, "port in purchase and trade in different cart - up to *** max bill credit Samsung note *** when trading in my note *. AT&T agreed to the promotion and provided the receipt for promotion. Advertised that it would reflect on bill * months later...however it is ** February **** which is over a year and AT&T has still not honored their contract. *I have been a model customer and have never yelled or been unprofessional trying to resolve this matter. I have created multiple cases and discussed with customer service for many hours. Current Case CASE ID CM****************** with a resolution date that keeps on being pushed back. Nothing against the customer service personnel but I have received the same repeat information with no fix at least ** times with myself or wife on the phone over countless hours. AT&T has clearly stated that this was due to an internal error that they made and we have been trying to be patient and professional to no avail. **I have gained depression and anxiety and my stress levels have increased as I have been paying money out of pocket to cover as well as multiple hours repeating and giving parts of my life into trying to be professional and simply trying to get AT&T to honor their deal. I am stressed out and at this point I do not know what to do. An issue that seems so simple to AT&T keeps me up at night. I really wish to remove myself for the company but I am unable due to the time, bills and money I have paid or will have to pay for canceling.**My Wife nor I have ever done anything to the company and wish*request for AT&T to let us separate form their company with no consequences. We are asking for the company to simply let us break away from the company with all left-over bills for phones paid in full by AT&T. This would benefit my health and simply show customers that mistakes do happen but AT&T will do what's right and take care of their patrons.
