I received an email from AT&T today indicating my monthly bill will be much higher than expected. I recently added a third line to my AT&T wireless account. I was told the charges would be $** per month for the Unlimited Starter plan for three lines. It looks like my new line is on the Unlimited Elite plan instead. I received an email saying my monthly bill going forward would be $***. I was expecting about $*** per my last conversation with ATT. The new Iphone XS I purchased was a black friday deal for $* per month. My bill still shows $** per month for that phone's installation plan. Do I need to do anything to get that to change to the $* per month?

I spoke to customer service and they said the email I got was incorrect and the appropriate amount should show up on next month’s bill. Just wait and see I guess.
