I canceled all of my services with At&T in October, you sent a bill on Thanksgiving day. I was on chat and on the phone for over two hours and I was assured by customer service agent Leona that I would not be billed and that my service was canceled in October and all was now resolved on Thanksgiving day. You billed me today. Return my money.
