The same plan that I have is available at a lower price. I am on the ATT Internet *** plan ($***month). There are similar (fiber) plans for $** and $** that I would like to discuss. If I am unable to negotiate a lower price I will have to leave ATT. I have been a customer for several years and would like to keep the service if I can.
