We have been loyal customers for the past ** years with Uverse and internet. We have always been satisfied with our service and have promoted AT & T to others. Our services went out last Sunday morning September **th. We are now going on nine days without services. We have been receiving the runaround with customer service and people at corporate office. We are now being told the contractor has to dig so a new cabling can be laid. They will be on October *st. This is unacceptable to continue to have to wait when we have been out so long. A tech told us this past Sunday that the order to dig should have been put in over a week ago. instead the techs in and out have avoided this by trying different solutions that have not worked. Who in the Executive Office has the authority to call the contractor that does the digging and tell them it has be done today. With work at home not having internet has caused huge issues. Being without services for * days and dealing with customer service has an a huge emotional impact on my wife and I due to the stress, frustration and aggravation. Please restore our services today!
