I started new service on *********. My online bill showed all charges, both correct and incorrect. The incorrect charges were the "Add ons". Total of $**. I did not ask for, want, or authorize these charges. I have my own third part phone insurance, and I do not want early upgrades. I contacted AT&T on three separate occasions. On the first contact I was told that those charges had been removed. My online bill still showed them. I called again. I was assured that the charges had been removed. My online bill still showed them. I call again. I was told that the charges were not removed and would NOT be removed because they were authorized! This is not correct. Today my credit card was charged, and those unauthorized charges were still on the bill. Virtually all contact is made with people that do not speak or understand good English, and or are trained to misdirect you in an attempt to just get you to give up. It has been less than ** days, so I plan to go to the local AT&T store and cancel this service. What a shame.
