Greetings **I have been having problems with my iPhone *-plus for over seven months. Since February ****, when there was an Apple update, I went without a working device since February —case Appple*, ************ —COVID-**, was an impasse to met with a tech at APPLE Boca Raton, which has been closed down nearest location is approximately * hr away at Sawgrass Mall Broward County. **I called ATT to have my calls forwarded to my alternate number *** ***-**** to no avails— no action, not completed. I have been doubled billed for new line fees for my new iPhone Apple ** device. I called several times and have been transferred, and my problems are still not solved. *I look forward to our next communication. Thank you for your concern and extended courtesies.
