The issue in GetHuman4063055's own words
Says balance due $***.**. That is incorrect. My att account number is *********. Billing shows I’ve paid $***.** each month from January **** through May ****. Does not show my June payment of $***.** that was taken out of my Regions checking account and paid on June *, ****. Then it shows that my July payment of $**.** was taken out on July *, ****. So today July **, I made an automatic payment of $**.** which makes the July payment of $***.** payment paid in full. Each monthly payment is autopay which I have had for years through my Regions checking account. So as of today my account is up to date through July ****. So please up date my account. Thank you
