I spent an half an hour on chat trying to get help, they said a manager would call me and fix it. I got a call from a regular customer service person. And I had to explain it to her. She couldn’t help and was transferring me to the department to handle international call issues. Excepect she didn’t and I went back to the menu and had to go one hold and wait forever. After half an hour on the hold, I still don’t have a person. *Here’s the issue. My husband is deployed to Qatar. Has been since late March. He was using WiFi calling to call home. On April *th and **th it appears WiFi was down. So he was on regular data leading to charges of $***.**. Now he of course checks it before every call. But is there anyway to get this reduced or eliminated?
