I have been without e-mail for over ** hours as I have been locked out of my account. Tried calling AT&T only to have their phone tree disconnect due to not "fitting in" to their programmed answers. *Tried online help but directed to sign in with an e-mail account I cannot access.*Called various contact numbers only to meet with same situation. *Finally found a number with gave options for various services. Selected each option until I got a live representative. Indicated i knew I was in the wrong place, explained the situation and was told she would connect me to the right department and technical support. *Connected to someone in the same wrong department and she told me the same thing: she would connect me to the right department and technical support. *As I write this I have been on hold for ** min. with not human contact from this company.*I am, like everyone else sequestered and depend on email service to do what work I do. *AT&T really ***** at customer service and for a communications company has no idea what the word :communication means
