We have been waiting for over five weeks to get our land line phone fixed. (***) ***-****. We were finally told it would fixed on ********. After waiting all day, I called customer support and was told we would be on priority for the next day. After waiting all that day, I again called customer support and was told they had no idea when our phone would be fixed. We see so many tv commercials telling us that ATT IS ** in response. “Just ok is not good enough. We should have service with ATT.” That is sure a joke. Because of ATT’s bad service our farm house has no protection for fire and burglary. Our Bay Alarm system depends on our land line and your service not acceptable. If I don’t hear from your service group that they are fixing our phone line quickly, I will be forced to talk to my neighbor, Michael Finley, He is the ABC consumer affairs reporter, “* on Your Side.**Norman Alberts*(***) ***-****
