You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-sambob's own words
I received a final bill after stopping service(Mobile Phone) that included service for the month after I discontinued service on *******.*I disputed the bill and after * separate attempts I was assured the bill minus the erroneous monthly charge would be generated and sent to me for payment. *I have yet to receive that bill. *Today ******** I got a call from a collection agency that I was late on a bill and they were going to notify the Credit Reporting Agencies. this would be a huge dent to my credit rating and I was assured by ATT representatives that my credit would not be affected during this dispute. *I have to this date not been advised by ATT that the issue was resolved.*I contacted ATT by phone and immediately paid the charge of $***. This was the true amount owed and not the $*** originally on my final bill.** I am respectfully requesting that my credit report not be adversely effected. Please contact your collection agency to settle the matter.*If in the event that this action has been taken to injure my credit rating I would expect ATT to provide a letter stating that My bill was not late, but that it was in dispute.** My name is Robert Fail* SSI* ********* * Password ******Thank you in advance for a speedy solution.**Robert Fail
