I had att wireless and direct tv. I got hacked. All my calls were being transferred from my phone. They were coming thru on the direct tv and recording me. I talk to several people no one could help.i asked them to shut it down temporarily. They didn’t . Now I have a $**** bill. I would have just bought out my contract.. I need this resolved. I’ve been going talking to everyone for about *months.i spend all day on hold and being transferred and it’s no ones dept.They never call me back. And it’s Ridiculous..I need this resolved. I have emails I talk to fraud, security . Etc....I need this matter closed. I have a new phone that I want to trade n. I locked the Puk code when I shut it down , needs to be fixed. If I was using my phone it would have never have been left con if I didn’t pay. I dont know why it could rack up that bill when not in use. Acct * *****************
