I traded in my ***GB iPhone * Plus yesterday evening for a **GB iPhone ** Pro Max. I was told on the phone it would be best if I did the backup before I came, so I did so. However, after syncing my new phone, I have had nothing but problems. Even though I cleared out enough of my old backup profile for the new phone to have room, it was repeatedly crashing. *It was quite late, and I have to wake up at *:**am for work, so I was frantic to get my phone into a bare bones working condition. However, it still took until **:** for me to successfully factory reset my phone. *I was told by the ATT store on the phone that I could come swap out **GB phone for a ***GB today, and that they would waive the restock fee due to my issues. However, after I took off work early to trade it in, I was told that they didn’t understand why, but the system wanted a $*** down payment on top of the partial tax payment. I sat in the store for *.* hours while the associate tried to resolve it. I was told to come in tomorrow, and they would have it ready. *This phone has given me more anxiety, grief, and lost wages than anything in recent memory. I’m extremely displeased and am tired of wasting my time.
