I have been having problems with my internet service since August, ****. I thought the problem could be my dsj modem. I puchased a replacement unit only to find out that the problem is in the lines feeding my house. This took took several months to finally verify the problem is a AT@T problem, not inside my house. Therefore, after assuring the problem is not with my DSL modem I tried to return the new, unopened modem at your store only to find out that there is a ** day return policy. Because it took AT&T months to confirm the problem is in the underground lines providing my service I would like AT&T to allow and accept the return of the unused DSL modem I purchased from the local AT&T store as I have no use for it.* *Please allow me to return this equipment for a full refund.
