I signed up for AT&T DIRECTV and Internet I already have the phone.**The agent I signed up with for a two-year contract knew I had to cancel with Comcast And they would be a pre-penalty. He offered me a $*** visa card to sign the two-year contract. Now I get an email saying I only get $***. After two hours on the phone I called the loyalty department who looked everything up and said that it might be in there someplace but they’re having trouble with some systems and directingMe to the reward center. I was on the phone for at least a half hour on hold * times I still haven’t gotten the reward center since I’m being told they’re the only ones that can help me. But if you can’t find it on the contract the agent should be fired they told me that. I am a senior citizen a nurse and I am in a limited income. I need help in getting the other hundred dollars that I am owed.**Any suggestions?
