I saw a posting where we could get a free iPhone *. I chatted with AT&T rep and he set us up with * of those deals for free iPhone *’s. He assured me my bill would not go up and I would not be charged for the phones. He also told me it would be up to * billing cycles for the charges to get credited. They have yet to be credited, so I customer service Saturday and was told basically there was no such deal. I was supposed to be charged for the phones. Problem is, I have the whole chat screen shots where he told me the opposite. I was supposed to get a call back from a manager within * hours, I waited * hours, then as soon as I got busy they tried to call me, but I haven’t heard back. My phone number is ***-***-****. Donald Horton**Please have manager call me back about this issue.
