My internet and WiFi went was not working when I came home from work on Friday, October **. I spoke to a AT&T service rep name Priscilla who tried to help me reboot but when she checked the line it was still not working. I was given an appointment for Sunday, October ** between **-*. I received a text message at *:** that the tech was running late. Then I heard nothing. I called around *:** and was told the job was pending. I received no communication. I called again about *:** and was told the job was pending and a supervisor said someone would be at my home withing an hour to an hour and a half. Nothing. I called again about *:** pm and spoke to Ana and then Oliver who told me the job was pending and I would get a call from a manager. It is now *:** pm. Nothing. This is very frustrating. I am paying for a service I do not have and I have spent an entire day waiting for no one to show up.
