We have had AT&T service since the ****'s. We moved a year and a half ago to a very densely populated area, but the cell service is so poor that we have to go out in our front yard to even have a conversation. I have talked with AT&T, asking them to please provide us with a VOIP phone line so that we can actually make calls from our house, a service we have already been paying a lot for and not receiving. **I talked to an AT&T rep and ordered fiber, but the main thing I called about was the VOIP service. She said she had this all taken care of and gave me a new price for our phone bill. When I reached out to them again after not being able to use VOIP, they said they had no record of this, and said they would add it for an additional fee.**I said that since they are not providing what we are paying for--the ability to talk on the phone from home--they should provide the VOIP for free. They are unwilling to do this. I have talked to several AT&T representatives and have asked for supervisors. I believe if someone higher up at AT&T heard about this, they would do it, since (a) we have been customers for so long, and (b) it would literally cost them nothing to give us this service and make a customer happy.**It's disappointing to be with a company this long and realize they care so little.
