I am most unhappy with everything dealing with at&t ! I was not told the entire truth about the service. I was for many years a comcast customer. I choose to make a change to cut some of my expanses by $***.**. I went from t mobile whom I was very happy with but to bundle cable, internet and phones? This has been a nightmare! Cannot ever get had of a person for hours and then they are very difficult to try to due business with. The language . The phones were to be free I just had to pay the tax, $***.** a month for the package plus tax. Could not get a print out of the placed order at the Spokane Valley store. I needed great internet service for a family member with a disability taking on line college classes. He had to drop classes due to it did not work right and could not get help! Also the August *th appointment I took the day off to have the recognition hook us up. Was late and kept getting calls from his wife dinner was ready. Finally another tech came out to help after weeks and hours on hold waiting to get an appintment. Wro n g old box was installed to begin with and was not even hooked up in the right manner! Then not a word of prepaid was brought up. I would not have made the change if I was told in the beginning. I made arrangements for the **th of each month for my payment. November **th should be the next day of psyment. I have gone to the store and the employee could not make ends of the bill. The tv go off in the middle of shows, the show's I assured would be in my package plus the local channel * has go e off! Contract issues!!! My son went to the store went to the store about the internet and was told perhaps you should get a different company. I could not believe that. I will not pre pay service but will pay my bill on November **th! From day one I have not been able to get this monkey off my back. My bill. Same in nearly $***.**. I am a senior and this has been horrible. I want some action today please . the message on my phone today states I am pass due and threatens to turn me off. We need phone service for the family member with the disability. I should have never bundle the phone with all. Get this corrected today . I about to contact the wa attorney general office.
