I want to reduce or eliminate the $**.** monthly charge for visual voice mail. I do not use visual voice mail. I am paying $**.** a month times * (two phones) each month for a service I neither want or use. **I have tried to change my wireless service multiple times using my landline. I do not have a pin nor do I have my cell phone available. Your customer service phone number tells me they cannot help me over the phone without a PIN and cannot change my pin without using my cellphone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!**Without a computer or cell phone, how do I change my cell phone service over the landline phone????????????? Your *** service follow a written script that requires me to provide a PIN. I do not have a pin and I want to do this on my home phone. Without my cell phone handy they refuse to reset my pin. **They have no alternative way of helping me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They require me to go to your store. *I cannot believe you cannot help me when I call you on my landline phone. The only alternative is for me to drive to your store and do it in person. I cannot believe the phone company cannot help me over the phone!!!!!!!!!!! **If I have to get in a car and go out, it will be to transfer my service to another wireless provider who can help over the phone.**Please have someone who can explain to me my alternatives to the visual voice mail changes and help me over the phone (***-***-****) without a pin.**I am not a next-gen customer. I do things the same way as when I got my cell phone from AT&T ** to ** years ago.**P.S. If it is not in the script, your customer service personnel refused to help me WITHOUT a PIN. This is an unexceptable level of service. There are other wireless providers.
